Times are tough. The rental market in Durham has changed. We have heard too many stories of students not returning to UNH next year due to family financial problems. So we have tighten our belt (again), so that you and your parents can spend less for housing right here on the edge of the UNH campus.
As always, our prices include heat, hot water, two “on site” parking spaces, outside decks on most apartments, “on site” managers office and a full time maintenance person. And, we will be adding an on site laundry facility this summer.
