Submit Application

Each prospective tenant must submit an application to begin the approval process. For an apartment of multiple tenants, we must have an completed application from each tenant.

Approval Notification

Within 5 business days of notification of approval the office must receive a $200.00 per tenant non-refundable deposit payable by check or by Mastercard or Visa. Upon complete execution of your lease, this deposit will be applied towards your rent for June 2008. If you do not return the fully executed Lease within thirty (30) days, or if you fail to move into the apartment, then your $200 deposit will be forfeited.

Lease Signing

You will be notified when your lease is ready for pickup. You have 30 days from the pick up of the lease to return it to the office with all tenant and guarantor signatures along with a damage deposit equal to one month’s rent payable by check only, made out to University Apartments.
